Export Test Data
Optibase makes it easy to export all your test data for external reporting, backup, or deeper analysis.
How to Export Data
Go to your Workspace Settings
Click on the Export section from the sidebar
Choose what data you want to export:
Conversions – Download all defined conversions
Tests – Export a full list of all created tests
Variants – Select a test and download all variants within it
Results – Select a test and download its result metrics
Tested Users – Filter by test and date range
Views – Export view data with filtering options
Conversion Events – Export all triggered conversion events
Click Download after making your selection. Exports may take up to 5 minutes. Don’t close the tab during this process.
Scheduled Results Export
You can enable automatic exports of test results to your email.
Scroll to the Scheduled Results Export section at the bottom of the Export page
Use the dropdown to enable scheduling (e.g., daily, weekly)
The export will be sent to the email associated with your account or the email you specify
You can opt to send it to yourself or teammates for ongoing performance monitoring.
